For walking, there is only the 20km WALK on Saturday, the other distances are running distances.

The 20 km through the Sonian Forest (RUN) is unfortunately completely sold out. If you’d still like to explore the Sonian Forest by running, sign up for the Sonian Forest Marathon on Sunday, March 30. You can still choose between 11, 16, 27, or 42 km. Good luck!

Since 2025, forest rangers have been requesting a contribution per participant for access to and use of the natural area, payable to the Agency for Nature & Forests. This contribution is used for the maintenance of the natural areas where this event takes place. The full amount goes directly to ANB. Optionally, you can contribute a higher amount.
By default you are NOT insured through the organization for physical injuries during the race.
